Coaching from someone who has done the job
The supply chain world is more complex than ever. Disruption, labour shortages, new technology and constant pressure on cost mean technical expertise is no longer enough. Today's leaders need resilience, influence and the ability to drive change.
For three decades I built a career in supply chain and operations: driving results, leading change and building high-performing teams. I know firsthand that strong leadership and a clear vision can't be overlooked.
Today I bring that experience to coaching. I help leaders navigate transformation, make strategic pivots and lead their teams through cultural change. I'm a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

Giving back
Developing the next generation of women leaders
For every four hours of paid coaching, I give one hour of pro bono coaching to a woman in the first 10 years of her supply chain or operations career.
Greater representation of women in senior roles makes organizations stronger and more dynamic. But early-career professionals don't always have access to coaching because of cost. This is my way of opening that door.
When you invest in coaching with SC3, you also help a woman early in her career get coaching she otherwise couldn't access.
